I Love it!
During Covid instead of over eating, I lost my appetite with other people around the world dying. The amazing greed and lack of thought of others was also quite depressing . It was a very depressing time for me. I lost my appetite completely during this time. I should also mention that we ate only from our garden during Covid and that also helped me lose weight unknowingly it was a gradual process. I wasn’t even trying to lose weight. When Covid ended I was a lot thinner than I was when it started. I enjoy skinny fit because I believe it keeps me where I am at, and I enjoy the drinks. I feel they give me energy and feel like it does affect my skin however I wish it was less expensive.👍🏼👍🏼

I don't think yhis products
I don't think yhis products eorks for my haur and nails. My hair shaded everyday and my bails weak. Youthful looking skin i see a lillie different. That's why i only 3 stars will see

Aftertaste
Tried my best not to feel the after taste but it’s difficult. Feel the glow definitely my skin added to the super youth collagen has got so much better. Only down side is I haven’t lost weight.
