Enjoyable and effective
This is my 2nd super youth flavor. I had tropical punch 1st. I like the mango peach a little better. I have noticed some deeper wrinkles look smoother and I am losing weight. I am also intermittent fasting. I have not stopped drinking the super youth to see how much effect it has. I am down 13 lbs in 2 months. . I do not have an excersize plan. To me, mist collegen drinks have a certain mouth feel and flavor, so I add a single serve pack of a drink mix like Dole's strawberry flavor. The super youth mix does need to disolve in the water for about 5 minutes with periodic shaking to get all of the mix dissolved, but after that it is enjoyable

So far I love it the gummies don’t taste bad and the peach mango taste ok , but they are keeping me from be hungry and I don’t feel as bloated . I would recommend Skinny fit to anyone.
